So I was unaware that this was a thing doing a single payment for all bills so I was shocked when I spoke to Dominic and he told me about all the options. He was very helpful and the whole process was smooth and everything was explained well. I was even more happy with the quote I had recieved aswell as the discounts that was also applied to my quote. As this would have been my first time paying bills separately from the rent this whole service was great, quick and efficient.

Rated 0 if possible. I recently tried switching to this utility provider after a friend recommended them. I contacted customer support to understand the details and was quoted £214 for a two-bed flat on a rolling contract, which I accepted. They asked me to upload my tenancy agreement and proof of address, but even before I submitted these, my application was approved and I was sent a contract stating I could start using energy with unlimited usage from that day. I spoke with multiple customer support agents, and none of them mentioned that the offer was only valid if you move in within six weeks. Had they checked my documents properly or informed me of this condition upfront, I would have understood—even if my application had been rejected. Instead, they approved the switch, issued a contract, and I used my gas heaters assuming the usage was unlimited. A week later, I was shocked to find out the contract had been cancelled because my move-in date was four months earlier—information that no one asked for or explained when I specifically asked about the plan details. As a result, I’m now paying my previous supplier after having used a significant amount of gas. This was an extremely poor and misleading experience. I would definitely not recommend this company.
recently switched to One Utility after being advised by customer service that the property was eligible for an unlimited energy tariff. A contract was issued. After approximately one week of usage, the supplier informed me that the contract would be cancelled. I did not receive any prior email or phone notification regarding this cancellation. I contacted customer service again and was advised that my account was still active with One Utility. However, after contacting the provider again on the same day, I was informed that the property was no longer registered under One Utility. I received conflicting information from the energy supplier and expressed dissatisfaction. The issue remains unresolved. Don’t trust this one utility.
Contacted due to a water damaged router replacement and Sid was very helpful in informing me that although the water damaged router is working I should still replace it with the new one sent to our house! Sid was quick to respond and we were able to resolve the issue very quickly!
Unlimited usage is a great advantage. The prices are very reasonable. What more could I ask for?
