Erica was probably the most helpful person I have spoken to in ages, considering , I was not looking to join, just asking for info. Erica, if you get to see this, THANK YOU! If I was 50 years younger & building a business, I would want 50 Erica’s, at my POC. (point of Contact desk. Cheerfully, Knowledgable & Helpful. That is all any Enquiry wants, & the info given was extremely helpful ,so i will be recommending One***** to all my contacts. Lastly, I am not a person that jumps ship, on a whim, I have been with my present Utility Supplier since 2008.
