Was with one utility bill for around 2 years I decided to leave after they were offering me to not claim my credit and give me ultimate energy for a year I said no and left bit. Around 3-4 months later they finally produced the final statement and owe me over £800 i was told it would be processed paid in 3-5 days ... nope we have to get a senior management to approve the refund approve something they owe me? Which ive been waiting for months and months for along with complaints going in customer service is also shocking id avoid this company at all costs designed to rob you and your money any credit you have you won't see during the time your with them you can "claim it back once you leave" also if you get a refund during your time with them they dont tell you or refund it to you you have to tell them they hope you dont realise. Shocking
