Energy Supplier Contract Issue – One Utility
recently switched to One Utility after being advised by customer service that the property was eligible for an unlimited energy tariff. A contract was issued. After approximately one week of usage, the supplier informed me that the contract would be cancelled. I did not receive any prior email or phone notification regarding this cancellation. I contacted customer service again and was advised that my account was still active with One Utility. However, after contacting the provider again on the same day, I was informed that the property was no longer registered under One Utility. I received conflicting information from the energy supplier and expressed dissatisfaction. The issue remains unresolved. Don’t trust this one utility.
