Oner active is using FedEx. What a joke. Paid EUR 12,90 for express delivery and I had to drive 80km today to get the parcel, otherwise the order would be not have been delivered before after this weekend. All this dispite FedEx confirmed del today (Friday) but they called and told me this was imposible. What a joke. I will never buying anything more from Oner active if they use FedEx as their courier in future.
I received 2 damaged items.. a shirt with a hole & leggings with a stain. Before I realized this, I removed tags and discarded packaging (my fault), so I didn’t think I could return. I sent a message to customer service & they almost immediately issued a full refund. I understand than faulty products happen sometimes, but the customer service was great. I will give their active wear another try!

The leggings I’ve received was 6 months ago but I haven’t worn until now and found there was a hall in the seam but it’s been a while since I purchased so I wasn’t sure if they can help with this issue but Lily was very helpful. I was sad about leggings but happy with her customer service.
