I absolutely love Oner kit, the quality and fit is great! Unfortunately, on my most recent order, I managed to make my shipping address an old address that no-one I know lives at anymore - Jenny at customer service has been great and got back to my panicked request swiftly, and for that I would give 5 stars, the only reason I have given 4 stars is because their system doesn't allow for shipping address changes, or cancellations of an order; if they could alter their system so it can allow for these then I would be grateful as there is still no garantee that my order will make it to me (my own fault I know!)

I always get help very quickly, and problems are resolved super quickly. Very friendly and pleasant communication. I've loved the clothes since day one.

I had an issue with my order as one of the items came damaged, the Oner customer support team responded very promptly to my email and gave me a refund for the item. I was really happy with how they handled it so quickly and made me feel taken care of. I’ll definitely feel confident ordering more from the brand in the future after this positive experience.

I loved how the website had a countdown to the launch and a speedy checkout system! This is my first time trying the brand but I'm so excited to try out the new pieces because I feel like this is going to be my new favorite !

Never have enough stock and people have to fight over getting what they want. Stock was released at noon on 6/17/25 and within 5 minutes, what I had in my cart was sold out. Just ridiculous. Not sure I want to keep shopping this brand.

It's awesome to have so many options and it's easy to find what I want though I would love to see some lower cut shorts and leggings available The ones I have I need to roll down at the waist because they come up a bit to high for my liking

The address minimum should have a longer letter count. I was on at exactly 12 PM EST, and an item sold out that I wanted to purchase because I had to figure out how to shorten my address. Instead of writing out turnpike I did Tpke, but a little confusing because I have never had an issue with writing it out on other cites. I am bummed I didn't get the halter top but looking forward to the next drop. Other than that it was an overall easy experience. Thanks!
