I have had the best experience with Oner Active and their activewear. I had a small issue with a faulty item that I received and they helped me out right away! There's nothing not to love.

They answered just after ish 5-10 minutes if even that. Super quick and my problem got solved (which was with the shipping company and not with any product!). Super happy and grateful for such nice help. Definitely says a thing of two about this company - wants the best for their customers!

Sophie at customer support was extremely helpful, she gave me details on the shipment she updated me swiftly due to the late delivery and her response time was really fast as at times I have waited for a day or two during other circumstances, Sophie personally gets 5 stars 🙌🏻

Super quick, helpful, and friendly reply I couldnt login to my account because i was on the EU website instead of the international one. It would be great if there was a prompt during login, reminding you to choose the right website location.

Some of the products are great but most isn’t fantastic quality, not what they say they will do and sizing differs between products hard to tell what size to get to be honest and the products aren’t exactly cheap! Shipping time is always really long even when you order through express shipping never arrives when it says it will. Products always out of stock for a really long time so you loose the hype of it and end up just ordering from brands who ship much quicker and aren’t as expensive such a tala or gymshark. Shame really as some of the products on the website are great

I had a problem with my order and Sophie was kind, helpful and quick to respond.

I was really hoping to use the welcome discount code as item prices add up quickly. I tried several times, waited several hours, and did not receive any email with the 10% discount. I am still really looking forward to using the items and hoping they fit well. Just disappointed in the potential welcome discount that did not come.

They never restock

Customer service got back to me quickly after I asked for an update on my shipment. They were very kind, and shortly after I received email updates on my order. I absolutely love this brand, love their products, love love love their founder. This company is incredible and I’ve never felt more confident in anything else I’ve worn.

I ordered their Unified leggings in ash grey, did a strength workout indoors, with AC, and was really disappointed to see prominent sweat marks. The material is buttery soft, but I don’t recommend these for high intensity training as the product description says, or even a sweaty lift session… I wanted to love these, but I’m disappointed considering the price point. My grey Gymshark and Lululemon leggings don’t show sweat in patchy marks like these do.

Good quality gym gear and a very reasonable price. My Mrs loves it
