I received 2 damaged items.. a shirt with a hole & leggings with a stain. Before I realized this, I removed tags and discarded packaging (my fault), so I didn’t think I could return. I sent a message to customer service & they almost immediately issued a full refund. I understand than faulty products happen sometimes, but the customer service was great. I will give their active wear another try!
