The waist on the shorts are really high but the shorts themselves are very comfortable and stay on when squatting
It's awesome to have so many options and it's easy to find what I want though I would love to see some lower cut shorts and leggings available The ones I have I need to roll down at the waist because they come up a bit to high for my liking
