The customer service team were all very good. However, you failed to allow me to change the car on my insurance half way through the year. Your system would not give me a quote and your chat offered me a cost of over £1200 for the remaining 6 months up from £300 for the year. In the meantime my wife had taken over the insurance of the old car through you. Then when I cancelled the policy you managed to ensure there were enough charges to make sure I got nothing back. So our loyalty to you cost us dearly. All done very nicely by your service team but in the end a raw deal.
