I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process! I felt it was incredibly informative in not only content, but strategy as well. Jill, our course teacher, was wonderful and really encouraged everyone to ask questions and seek guidance to feel confident and prepared for the Exam. The portal was great, especially the practice exams. They were a huge value and as I studied during our self study week, I kept the same study hours focusing on those while hand writing the answer/ explanation of the questions I got wrong down to cement the correct information .

I took the NMLS education course with OnCourse Learning and would not recommend it. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. There’s no live agent available, calls go unanswered, and email responses are automated and unhelpful. The course content is repetitive, and the practice tests don’t explain why answers are correct or incorrect, which limits their usefulness. The biggest issue is the conflicting information about course deadlines. Their site lists both 11:59 p.m. and 6:29 p.m. as cutoff times with no clear explanation. I completed my final class, but because of state requirements for time spent, I can’t finish the course until the system lets me move forward. I’ve tried to get clarity, but haven’t received a real response. If the deadline is 11:59, I can complete the course. If it’s 6:29, I may have to start over entirely. Given the lack of support and the cost of the course, that’s unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking at other providers.

Can’t log into the webinar and now I have been on hold with for 20 min still and I likely am not goi g to be able to take the class. Your system sucks and it takes forever to get someone on the phone.

I just began my MLO Test Ready OnCourse…

I just began my MLO Test Ready OnCourse Learning yesterday, 8/14/2023. This morning, the second day of the course, I was prepared to log in 30 minutes early as Kathy, our instructor, instructed us to do. We were told if we were just one minute late we had to reschedule to take the course. I'm ALWAYS prompt!! I tried to press the "attend" button 50 times but it was shaded gray. When I contacted IT, I was told they could see on their end the "attend" button was not grayed out. I was told to download Chrome, clear Cookies, etc... NOTHING worked!! After IT gave up on me, I called accounting to ask for a refund and was given a case number. I decided to play around in OnCourse Learning to see if I could figure this out (since I'd taken off work to complete this AMAZING MLO training) I had nothing else to do. I went to Zoom because nothing on the site was working for me, and Zoom had saved all the information from yesterday and allowed me into the site. BUT OnCourse Learning blocked it because I was late attending. I've paid over $500 for this course, and this is how I'm treated!!??? I'm only writing this review for any of you that have this issue and cannot get logged in through OnCourse. Just go to your Zoom and log in. If ONLY someone had tried to help me, I wouldn't be totally disgusted with this course.

Excellent Customer Service

I forgot the gals name that helped me, but she provided excellent service and went above and beyond. She was very patient and professional and left me with such a good feeling after ending the call. I wish we had more professionals out there that love their job as much as she did.
