Había reservado con entusiasmo mi billete para viajar de Oliva al aeropuerto de Alicante, España, con la expectativa de un viaje sin contratiempos. Mi número de reserva era 1gmrha3, 1g5bi9m. Tanto la app como el correo electrónico indicaban que el punto de recogida era Oliva, Av. de Sisteron (IES Gregori Maians) a las 7:25. Llegué a este lugar, como se indicaba claramente en mi billete de embarque en la app. Sin embargo, para mi consternación, el autobús nunca apareció. Al revisar el PDF adjunto de mi billete impreso en el correo electrónico, descubrí que la dirección de recogida era completamente diferente: C/Guillem de Castro con C/San José. Lo que hace esta situación aún más frustrante es que el correo electrónico indica explícitamente a los pasajeros que consulten la app para obtener los detalles del billete, lo que reflejaba una dirección de recogida contradictoria. En consecuencia, me vi obligado a buscar un transporte alternativo al aeropuerto. Esta experiencia ha sido increíblemente decepcionante, lo que pone de manifiesto una importante falla de comunicación por parte de la empresa. Deben abordar estas discrepancias para evitar que en el futuro los viajeros se enfrenten a desafíos similares.

Daisy was so kind and helpful, and we were able to resolve my problem! The only downfall is that I should have been able to complete this action on my own but the website and app were not allowing it
The experience itself could have done a lot better, but the 4 stars are because of Daniela (my customer service specialist) and her will to get things done. I first contacted the online support team because I heard that my train to Seville on the 20.01 would be canceled due to the tragic accident in Cordoba, and only AI would be available with no answers to my questions. After I asked to be redirected via chat to a human, I was placed on hold and never attended. Daniela reached me through email and did her best to solve my problem - cancelling one of the trains that showed as live on the app and never left the station, and helping me to cancel the return ticket online. So kudos for the people you have working for you, but not so much to Omio itself.
They helped me get back my ticket at no time and they were so friendly and helpful!!!
No le pongo menos porque no puedo. Su atencion es nefasta cuando hay un problema, siempre hablando con un robot, cuando me dicen que un humano se va a unir al chat es mentira y cuando dicen que te van a llamar sorpresa TAMPOCO PASA. Me parecen unos sinvergüenzas y estoy muy descontenta con el servicio prestado. Me han cancelado un billete por parte de una empresa francesa de transporte, me dicen que contacte con Omio porque es con quien lo he reservado y NO HAY MANERA y no me devuelven el dinero, 63 euros que quiero que me devuelvan.

I bought a rail ticket Norwich-Stansted and quickly realised within 5 minutes I needed to think more about datyes etc. So I went into cancellagtion area and dsaw GBP5 gto cancel. OK, that was fine. BUT shortly after I refund email to discover they'd charge over 75% more! Not GBP5...GBP8.61. I contacted them about it and fully explained but automated responses repeated and repeat with NO RESOLUTION for their cash grab. Disgusting.
It was easy change the date and time the tickets in the app.
Impossible to communicate with a company.... initially generic response from AI bot with no other options to contact, followed by promise to get back to me twice with no action. Incorrect refund was issued - avoid company of you can.
When I bought ticket and wrote wrong email, I contacted service for help and they helped me with my problem immediately
