Better job
The experience itself could have done a lot better, but the 4 stars are because of Daniela (my customer service specialist) and her will to get things done. I first contacted the online support team because I heard that my train to Seville on the 20.01 would be canceled due to the tragic accident in Cordoba, and only AI would be available with no answers to my questions. After I asked to be redirected via chat to a human, I was placed on hold and never attended. Daniela reached me through email and did her best to solve my problem - cancelling one of the trains that showed as live on the app and never left the station, and helping me to cancel the return ticket online. So kudos for the people you have working for you, but not so much to Omio itself.
