The process was simple, The added recommendations were of great value We needed to extend our rental a couple of times, and that process was a simple phone call and approval over the phone

A smooth process from booking, to collection, to drop off. Staff were friendly and efficient with the shuttle bus. We found Omega to have competitive rates too. Highly recommend!

We had issues with our flights and arrived three hours after pick-up. The crew were able to accommodate our changed plans for wghich we were very thankful arriving as we did in torrential rain.

Great value (including full insurance) & the Camry was excellent for a road trip to Auckland with no charge for extra drivers. Airport pick-up (very cheerful & helpful driver) & check-in was speedy & drama free. When dropping off, we struck a non communicative employee but everyone has bad days & we got dropped back to the airport in good time.
Good communication when our flights changed and had to arrange out of hours pickup and drop off. All went smoothly without a hitch.
Excellent service and reliability. Had no issues at all with the vehicle. Was supposed to return vehicle at 12pm but ran late and was even allowed to go and top up vehicle at no extra cost. Thank you team Omega!

I was disappointed with the customer service I received upon arrival and car collection. The receptionists must’ve had a long day but I also had a long day of travel and would’ve appreciated a better attitude from them. My car radio language was set to Chinese and no one knew how to change. Unfortunately for me I didn’t realise not all cars come with a working radio or a way to connect my phone to the car through Bluetooth or even a usb plug. when I questioned it, again the receptionist was pretty rude explaining there was no description stating it had a phone connection, the car was between 2013-2016, I couldn’t believe it didn’t have a phone connection, and I wish instead of the description of the car not stating anything, rather it stated the car did not have a working radio/phone connection, I would not have hired it! Other than that I made do without a radio, which sucked!! But the car ran fine and upon returning the car there were no issues and a quick handover.
