Great service but tyres were a bit bald should have been replaced prior to our booking

Very friendly pick up at Auckland airport and drop off at Wellington airport. Both times there was a short ride between the airport and the Omega office, but there was no inconvenience. Great price, too!

Really easy to deal with. Staff and shuttle drivers were really pleasant and all made a great experience. Had to drop the car off 3 hours later than time expected and wasn't charged extra. Will definitely use again

We rented a car for a week. Picked up in Wellington and dropped off in Auckland. No issued both pick up and drop off went really well. We where happy with the car and the service we got from all the team.

The staff were professional organised and very friendly to deal with. The pick-up and drop-off procedure were both quick and easy and the car was clean and ready to go. The car was exactly as expected, it still had that new car smell. I would not hesitate to use Omega Rental Cars again.

Great hire experience! The car was just as described, easy pick-up and drop-off from the airport. Reasonable cost! The only criticism was the wait time for shuttle bus as they could only fit a few at a time and only came around every 15-20 minutes.

Handover was late and car bonnet lever not working. Staff however were helpful and return at Queenstown seamless Car otherwise ran faultlessly.

Easy pick up, Easy drop off Great, affordable pricing.... way cheaper than the other companies i checked for a one way hire. Good little car, not brand new but economical and perfect for what we needed.
