I was disappointed with the customer…
I was disappointed with the customer service I received upon arrival and car collection. The receptionists must’ve had a long day but I also had a long day of travel and would’ve appreciated a better attitude from them. My car radio language was set to Chinese and no one knew how to change. Unfortunately for me I didn’t realise not all cars come with a working radio or a way to connect my phone to the car through Bluetooth or even a usb plug. when I questioned it, again the receptionist was pretty rude explaining there was no description stating it had a phone connection, the car was between 2013-2016, I couldn’t believe it didn’t have a phone connection, and I wish instead of the description of the car not stating anything, rather it stated the car did not have a working radio/phone connection, I would not have hired it! Other than that I made do without a radio, which sucked!! But the car ran fine and upon returning the car there were no issues and a quick handover.
