Really happy the mats are great fit perfectly so much better than the ones I received when I bought the car,my only problem is me in the days of getting things instantly I got a little annoyed when they never turned up within 2 days but dawn explained that they were getting made ,so just me panicking so I'm very happy

I literally googled custom car mats, gave my reg and selected the make and model of my car and went through the detailed list of things you can add to your design. The website is easy to use and easy to understand the estimated time of delivery etc. Really happy with the product, they fit perfectly and the quality is great.

I was blown away by their customer service. After destroying the first rubber boot liner by my silly mistake, they immediately shipped out a replacement and wouldn't take my money, you don't find many companies like this these days.

All the clips that clip to floor fell off within a month or so should have returned but never got round to it,cheap rubbish, waste of money. One fallling off would be bad luck all them falling off means the product is junk.£80 car mats that I would literally have got better out of pound stretcher. Lesson learned buy official mats. Why are you now lying? I replied to your request with date of payment from my bank account which was 29th Jan to sp official car mats Chorley and you said no record of it. You have my name address and payment proof if you can’t find it that’s you’re problem you’re admin must be like you’re mats. I told you I don’t have order number but gave you proof of payment.

From ordering to delivery was kept updated. I wasn’t sure that what I ordered was going to fit perfectly but actually, they do fit perfectly!! 🚘 😁 I could not be happier with the quality and the logo I chose and the colour trim to match my new (almost new) car is top-notch. The price was amazing and I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

I’ve had the best experience with the whole process! The car mats came within the week of ordering, and were amazing! Stitching was divine and the colour matched perfectly to the car! I had a small hiccup with a spelling mistake I had made for the Drivers Side personalisation & emailed and talked to lovely Dawn and she helped me out within 10 minutes of me emailing! They are now sending a replacement & I will be a returning customer! Thank you to the whole team ❤️

I paid for low odour rubber mats but the ones received are incredibly smelly despite leaving them outside for a week and washing with various products.
