A great company - I have had a great experience with my EV delivery and communication with my Customer Operations Specialist Jack. He kept me up to date with any information I needed and was there on hand to answer any queries.
My organisation set up a salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus EV and the customer service has been outstanding. I know they market themselves on this but was surprised with how excellent it has been. Charlie Davis was my point of contact, recommended to me by a colleague, and from the start he was responsive to my (many) questions, responding immediately via email as well as scheduling a call at a moments notice. His manner and knowledge was exceptional - professional as well as warm and personable. Well done Octopus for delivering what you say on the tin!

I ordered an EV through our salary sacrifice scheme at work and was surprised at how simple the process was with Octopus. Their portal was easy to follow, showing the monthly net difference to my salary and once ordered I was kept up to date with the process and timescales throughout. The free charger installation was very simple too. Highly recommended.

The Octopus process was very slick with clear information provided on their website. The team were very helpful when selecting a vehicle, and kept me updated on the delivery date. The handover process was great and again the team were helpful correcting an issue with the insurance. All in all a very good experience
The car is brilliant (polestar 4) the experience very difficult. Placed my order then heard nothing for a month. Chased OEV to be told there is an issue with polestar and octopus and no idea when my order (which was for a stock car) would even be placed! Despite being allegedly available in a month. I had to chase a personal contact at polestar who chased octopus. Her presto got the car in a week. Onto the charger, - they told me there was an 11 week lead time then came in a fortnight which was great BUT the charger is taking power from my batteries which isn’t what I want as they are to power the house. Four phone calls later and they booked a visit for 20th of June. No problem I booked the day off. Then the engineer came on 19th when I wasn’t there, changed some settings and promised to be back on 20th. Now he has texted me and said there will be another visit and the team will be be in touch, so another day off work. Love the car but the support has been really poor and every number you ring they tell you it’s someone else.
Fantastic experience from start to end with our car. The entire process was very clear, everything landed when it should have done and our car also arrived 2 months earlier than we thought, so that was a pleasant surprise. For the first time, we also have a car with delivery mileage at a cost that makes a ton of sense with great savings.

Really helpful advice from my EV Expert, Amy Yates. When the car I wanted couldn't be delivered for 4 months she explained multiple options to me and got my original order cancelled, and a new one placed, for what turns out to be a better, more equipped car for less money! Couldn't be happier!
