Samiha Quiyum one of your Customer Operations Specialist has been tremendous in helping me and I am sure I have tried her patience once or twice. Samiha has always been on the end of the phone or replied to my numerous emails. She has always been polite, professional and empathetic to my problems/questions. Samiha has honestly left me feeling nothing but good praise for Octopus as a whole.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Octopus EV Scheme 🚫 I had a very bad experience with Octopus EV Scheme. I signed a contract under their EV scheme, received insurance documents, the car handbook, and even got a confirmed delivery date for 11/07/2025. But to my shock, on the very same day of expected delivery, I was informed by Octopus that the car which was meant for me had been sold to someone else. This was not only unprofessional but a complete breach of trust. What made things worse is that they did not even offer me any replacement vehicle or viable solution afterward. After all the formalities and commitment, being left in this situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Then I made the complaint to octopus 15/07/2025 I get a reply from Octopus on the 15/07/25 saying that the car has been sold and we are giving you three options now, you will have to choose from them, otherwise we cannot do anything for you. 1st option : Find an alternative car not same either new or nearly new, also the terms and condition will be different. ( it's mean I have to pay extra) 2nd option : Wait for another same car, not sure how long this may be! ( Long long wait) 3rd option : Cancel everything and walk away ( which indicates a refusal to take responsibility for the failure) People deserve to know how poorly things can be handled by Octopus EV. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Decided to take the plunge after my car needed replacing and had a great experience. Octopus website was clear and easy to use and Olivier who I dealt with was really friendly and helpful with all aspects of deciding on taking the plunge. Once I'd ordered I was passed over to Christina and the same level of service continues so it must be the Octopus way of doing things. Looking forward to receiving my car soon.

Though there were a few problems with the process, the staff at Octopus always sorted them out. Phoned back when they said they would, emailed information when they said they would. They always helped and resolved any issue I was experiencing. When the car was delivered it was clean and on time. Really professional, helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service from Ali who was my appointed Customer Operations Specialist. I ordered my car on the 1st July and received it on the 10th July exceeding my expectations! Ali supported me closely from start to finish and was available to answer any additional queries I had in a very prompt and professional manner.
Really impressed. Firstly, the website is great to be able to find the car you want, with clear pricing and so easy to place an order. Communication is fantastic both with the employee ordering the car and the employer so everyone is kept in the loop at each stage. Delivery date was agreed and kept so no cancelling or messing about, car was delivered spotless. Couldn't fault the process at all!

I would like to say thanks to Eloy Octopus engineer , the young man which Octopus should be proud of him , arrived early morning on time , the job done very smoothly and easy in a very professional way , I wanted my cable to run inside a trunking which he did so inside the home , was few challenging issues and he passed it all very professionally, I honestly have no negative points to mention , then at the end of the job showed me how to use the app . Thanks to Eloy and to Octopus team .
