Our experience with the purchase of our first home went smoothly, with some great assistance & communication from Sam McGreevy. Also our solicitors made our experience a lot easier than I thought it was going to be and were very efficient.

I used Ocean Property Lawyers in Bradley Stoke to do the conveyancing on my Father’s property. They were recommended to me by a friend who was extremely satisfied with the team. I found Ocean to be highly professional, conscientious and very knowledgeable and skilled in their line of work. In particular, I would like to mention Jamie, who was my main contact, who was amazing. She kept me fully informed throughout the ups and downs that comes with selling a property and was very empathetic as it was my Father’s home for over 30 years. It was an emotional time but Jamie stayed positive throughout even when the first sale fell through. I would highly recommend Ocean without any hesitation.

Although each person we dealt with was polite and knowledgeable, the amount of different people we had to commu icate with and the original conversations were not communicated or passed on. A named contact would hsve helped eith consistency and communication.

Overall, I was happy with the process of buying through Ocean Estate Agents and Conveyancers Filton. From the viewing to working with the solicitors, everyone was friendly and approachable. Vandross was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and Julie, the move manager, was very helpful - she explained everything clearly along the way. The solicitors did a good job too, but I would have appreciated a bit more communication. Thanks Ocean, for making a stressful process feel manageable!

Great experience with the Lettings team at the Portishead office - because of prompt response all the way through the process to my other enquiries elsewhere, and are available to answer any questions to help make a decision. Highly recommended.

Sales team were always helpful, knew area and their market well and helped to find a buyer quickly.

It was a little bit to slow in the feed back . It felt like they are more sympathetic to the purchaser than to the seller situation. Which caused longer periods to purchase . It took so long the process that there was no exchange of contract first . They had to do both at the las minutes.
