Fantastic experience with Ocean
We sold our flat through Ocean, after having bought it through Ocean 14 years previously, and were impressed by the whole service and everyone we worked with. Matt provided excellent guidance at the beginning, suggesting that our flat was worth more than other estate agent's valuations and then achieving an offer in excess of that valuation. That was very impressive! Melissa was fantastic during the viewings, giving us really useful feedback at lightning speed and securing multiple offers for the flat. It was great to have Debbie on our side as Move Manager during the process after we had accepted an offer. She was knowledgable and calm, gave great advice, managed some tricky parts with professionalism and made sure we completed on time when it didn't seem possible.
