Nurse Call Equipment Reviews

5 star service from this company from start to finish. I ordered this mat for my uncle who on numerous occasions had had falls. The mat arrived very quickly and was easy to set up, this has given my aunt complete peace of mind as she is alerted immediately he steps on it. The biggest bonus of all is he has had no falls since!

The company were extremely helpful. The lady I spoke to understood my problem and suggested I speak to an engineer. The man guided me through checking the safety mat and getting it working. I highly recommend this company.

I made a mistake when placing my order online. The help desk was really helpful in correcting the problem promptly and with minimum fuss. Next day delivery and product set up and working well.

Excellent service….

I had a problem with a wireless receiver connected to a pressure mat described the fault and a replacement was sent next day delivery, excellent service am very happy highly recommended.

The technician was very helpful today, helping me to sort out a minor issue with the batteries over the phone. This meant that I didn’t have to return the sensory activated mat and is now ready to use again and keep the customer safe. Many thanks for your support.

This company is brilliant. Look no further for a quick response to emails (not an automated message) and phone calls (no recorded message) together with such helpfulness, something that is very lacking with most other companies. Alertous go above and beyond. I was most impressed and would highly recommend them.

Contacted nursecallequipment with regards to my alertous alarm pad workin intermittently, they advised me to change the battery which seems to have solved the problem Very efficient and prompt response to my email

Love this mat so bought another for other side of bed to protect mum. Unfortunately this one only worked intermittently. Contacted seller, responded same day and sent a replacement alarm return of post even though we’d had it a few weeks. These things happen with gadgets so no complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this mat from this site. Very quick and friendly service. Thankyou

I had an excellent experience with this company, Steve Rynold was very knowledgeable and helped me to solve the problem in few minutes. Thank you

We’ve relied upon the alarm mat to keep mum safe at night. We thought it stopped working but in fact the ding dong was muted by a departing carer. Today Janice shared manuals and talked us through all the possibilities and I’m pleased to say the alarm is back in action. Music to my ears. Thank you we called, you answered.

Excellent customer service.Prompt, knowledgeable response. Solved my issues very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with the mat having made an error inserting a new battery (not removing a warning sticker from the battery). They responded very quickly to my query and when I continued to have a problem offered a telephone 'consultation' to talk me through solving the problem. They were extremely helpful and responsive and all is now well.

Excellent product, and customer service second to none! Very prompt response ... highly recommend!

At first I didn't quite understand the instructions. I emailed the company and they called straight back and carefully explained where I was going wrong. The system is working very well now.

Excellent product. Just what we needed for my 94 year old father with Alzheimers. Brilliant customer service, when I did have an issue. I have ordered a second mat and cannot recommend Janice highly enough.

We've had the mat two months and it has proved to be very reliable - much better than the previous mat we used. Our only reservation is that the cable is too short, so there is a risk of standing on the transmitter. It hasn't happened, but it could happen and the risk could easily be avoided with a longer cable.

Got an alarm mat for my husband who has dementia. It’s brilliant. He was getting up and getting dressed often in the night. Now I can get him straight back to bed

Excellent service, we had ordered a sensory mat which was delivered one day early, upon contacting the company to have it exchanged, it was resolved on the same day; we are very satisfied

Ordered the Alarm Mat as my Mother has Alzheimer's, it arrived quickly and well packages and was already setup so I just had to put the battery in (supplied), and position it next to my Mothers bed. Great item.
