Arrived on time - easy to follow instructions Cost was advertised at £5 but was charged £17 !

I found it exasperating as I did those locator forms and I know I am not alone in that. We were abroad om holiday and people were becoming very anxious as some were not au fait with the computer world & even those who were, were baffled going back and forth for documents etc. The Now test was just another extenstion of that stress on our return and I was sorely tempted to simply ignore it - which I did not do of course. There was also a considerable choice of companies and rules for those were entirely different for each company use. We understand that we live in unprecedented times but in all honesty that company could not forward their database with the information they would hold and results is eye watering. The public are not employees of those companys but that is exactly how we have been treated. Sorry but its how I feel, simply used to collect data for you while you count your coins!

Such an excellent service..

There were no instructions to take a photo of the unused test first so I did the test first before knowing what I had to do. Luckily it accepted my photo of the box instead of the test but it would be good to include some instructions of what they need you to do.

Test was delivered within 72 hours from time of order. Plenty of email and website guidance on how to upload and follow the required procedures. Photo uploads worked a treat and result was provided with certificate within 15 minutes of uploading test result. Overall a straightforward process and would happily use nowtest again for UK entry covid testing requirements.

Organising the test was easy and was executed well. Instructions on reporting and taking the test was poor. Especially as you relied on people downloading your app - not everyone either wants to do that, or has a phone with the capacity to do it. I preferred to use my computer to upload photos, but again, you made many assumptions concerning using QR codes and ways to use your phone, rather than using photos. So I felt lost and unsupported having to do it in perhaps an old-fashioned way. However, I did receive an email back from your support quickly which helped.

I made a mistake on the test so I emailed you on the same day. You did not respond immediately so, knowing the gravity of the situation, I ordered a new test and paid again. Then you advised me that my mistake wouldn't matter and you sent me a negative test certificate. I immediately asked to you to cancel the second test as it was now not required. Had you responded to my query the same day I would not have needed to order and pay for a second test. I have asked for a refund but you have refused to give it.

Simple, worked well. Very affordable. Much better than my previous experience with Atruchecks, which cost a fortune, didn’t arrive on time, results never received and still waiting for refund. I would definitely recommend you. Thanks
