Easy and quick, no hassle

Mostly good. Logged in. Submitted code and photo. Did not get further using site. Took test. Submitted photo (test result with myself) by email. Response was received within a short time. Received acknowledgment of my email. Logged in again. Able to view wording of negative for Covid and certificate.

I was sent two tests, but confirmation on one email address. Therefore when my wife tried to take the test, it gave her my results.

Delivered promptly as promised. Easy to follow instructions. Result approved promptly. Would use again if required.

While other testing companies are making vast profits out of testing, Now Test are good value. Delivered quickly and sorted my technical problems swiftly.

Speedy delivery and easy to follow instructions

Took the test day 2 like advised to and took relevant photos but struggled to report the results (negative). Very helpful when sent an email to explain, just sent in another photo of myself showing result and then they did the rest. A certificate has been issued.

The website did not accept my password and username when l arrived to England though we tried from 4 different devices, also tried changing password at least a dozen times. And of course when l tried to register again it said l am already registered, perfect trap of 22. If l didn't have someone helping me with an UK registered Iphone, l would not have been able to register my mandatory test after arrival. Not a good service at all.

App would not allow me to scan QR code on phone & no request to allow camera permissions was present .... had to use someone else's phone to report results its all a bit of a faff really.
