I don't often like to write reviews but I was helped by coming onto Trust pilot before I purchased Day 2 LFT. I can't understand the recent low ratings for some users, as I found the process super smooth and it was step by step based on their website. I looked at many from the government website approved and only wanted to pay £5. Now Test is one of the few that links directly to Trust pilot. I clicked a few others and there was a warning from Trust pilot to say they the companies were 'misquoting and misleading' their customers by not showing the latest ratings. I've not had a problem so I can't comment on customer service. Came back from the middle east 2 days ago. Ordered kit Monday £5, paid exactly that, arrived few days later to my nominated UK address. Whe ni paid I got the reference number which was required for my UK passenger locator form. Tip: 1 use your mobile phone there isn't an app but's it's their website and you can scan the things onto it. 2. Watch the video just finished doing my test, got the email with the results almost immediately.

I was somewhat concerned that I would make a mistake with this test because I am not very tech savvy and I actually did make a mistake but the email support was fantastic and it turned out fine.

Step by step instructions and received the certificate instantly.

I found the COVID TEST on my room the night of the correct shipping, everything was smooth, great service

I ordered test kit on the 31st January from India, got confirmation that kit is on it's way, come the 4th February when I had to do 2 day latral flow test not kit has arrived, I chased nowtest and they apologised, no good to me as now I have not done the 2 day return test, I have informed nowtest that any problems in regards to the test I well be directeding them there way, so be careful when you choose NOWTEST waste of space diffently not reliable stay away.

Easy instructions to follow got test result soon after

When I ordered it I assumed the price would be as advertised on the Gov website e g £6.00 (£5.90 in fact). And when When I checked out that is what the NOW website said .....until the very last page when you are asked to click on confirm order when suddenly it became £17. And this was a test at home kit, same brand as used by the NHS. What a devious and unethical way of ripping people off. I shall warn others not to book w this company.

Please don't expect anyone to get back to you from this company. There system is confusing and if you purchase two tests, be careful not to upload tot he wrong reference number or you end up with no day 2 test submitted and no Fit to Fly test to submit. A simple fix from customer support, if there was any and they read their e-mails..

Terrible experience. They sent a test kit which was too old. Expiry date was 3 weeks ago. Incredibly poor, unintelligent and inefficient user experience 🤬🤬🤬🤯🤯🤯!!! Do NOT use this company. They’re rubbish!
