MERCHANDISE NEVER RECEIVED
Customer Service People were quick to respond to me BUT... I placed 2 orders with this company. The first was for chairs and they were delivered timely and satisfactorily.The 2nd was for pillows and I was charged promptly BUT, the pillows NEVER ARRIVED. i tried 3 different times to reach out and was assured the pillows would be tracked and delivered. THEY NEVER CAME. 3 MONTHS LATER, I still don't have the pillows AND I insisted a FULL REFUND be made. Based on my experience, I would advise be cautious dealing with this company!

Avis sur la chaise de bureau Laguna - Exécutif, noire avec base chromée et roulettes J’ai acheté cette chaise il y a un an pour un usage quotidien pour du télétravail. Je la déconseille dans ce cadre. Elle est certes esthétique et met en valeur un bureau, mais son ergonomie laisse à désirer. L’assise peu rembourée et le positionnement du dossier rigide ne sont pas adaptés à de longues heures de travail. Les accoudoirs sont trop bas et non réglables, et la visserie est de qualité moyenne. Le rapport qualité-prix n’est, selon moi, pas au rendez-vous.
