Alles, der schlimmste Kundenservice, Emails werden beantwortet, aber meist falsch, da sie nicht gelesen werden, vermutlich einfach eine Antwort mit KI, der bestellte Bürostuhl ist auch nicht gut von der Qualität her und man muss ihn zusammen bauen, was auf der Webseite nicht angekündigt wurde

Ordered the Premium office chair, instructions were clear and easy to follow, put together in record time. Happy with the product and very comfortable great condition with no issues. Very pleased with my new chair. I had to update my address details but Sofia from customer service was very efficient and helpful and acted quickly to avoid any issues.
