Lieferung dauert ewig und Produkt ist sehr unbequem

Die Lieferung des Bürostuhls hat mehrere Wochen gedauert und erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, wusste ich überhaupt Bescheid, wann in etwa die Lieferung zu erwarten ist. Auch das Zeitfenster konnte nicht eingehalten werden und es kamen nochmal 2 Wochen on top. Leider ist die Qualität auch nicht wie erhofft, sondern schlecht verarbeitet und der Stuhl ist total unbequem und hart. Aufgrund dessen wollte ich ihn auch zurücksenden. Der Kundenservice hat es leider immer noch nicht geschafft die Rücksendung zu veranlassen und mir das Returenlabel zukommen zu lassen. Stattdessen wurde ich versucht zu überreden, den Stuhl doch zu behalten aus Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten. Seit Tagen habe ich leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten, als ich dies abgelehnt und erneut nach Einleitung des Rücksendeprozesses gefragt hatte. Sehr schade.

Nordina Home France a été à l’écoute de ma réclamation et a fait un geste commercial pour les désagréments rencontrés (retard important par rapport à l’engagement…). Les meubles correspondent bien à la commande attendue.

Problemfri handel

Læste trustpilot anmeldelser inden købet og var lidt i tvivl. Jeg tog chancen og har ventet med at anmelde til jeg modtog varerne. De er nu ankommet efter en let forsinkelse. Kundeservice svarede promte når jeg spurgte og varerne kom problemfrit af 3 omgange med ca 3 ugers levering.

They do not take payment when you place…

They do not take payment when you place the order, rather arbitrarily later before shipping. They won't contact about that and will miss you scheduled delivery date if you need the item(s) on time. So leave your payment method sitting for weeks/months or you may not get anything you've ordered.

Penge trækkes før afsendelse af ordre

12. februar bestiller jeg en kontorstol "på udsalg". 20. februar trækker Nordina beløbet fra min konto. 16. marts har jeg fortsat ikke modtaget min stol eller en melding om, hvornår jeg kan forvente at modtage den. Det er afsindig dårlig stil, og imod reglerne, at trække beløbet før afsendelse af ordre.

Den bedste behandling ! I den grad taknemmelig ! Varen jeg havde bestilt var desværre behæftet med fejl, men på fineste vis blev jeg hjulpet, og fik hele beløbet refunderet! Super service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
