Efter en månad har jag fortfarande problem
Det har gått en månad och det har hänt 2 gånger att jag får problem med varorna som levererats. Först fel färg, sedan problem med att bordsskivan har massa hål som inte passar ihop med benen jag fick för att samla ihop ett skrivbord. Det har varit en del mejl och tid för att reklamera, plus försenad leverans. Jag har fått lite återbetalning på detta men jag har fortfarande problem. Jag skulle inte köpa något från Nordinahome igen. Jag vill lägga till att nu (efter recensionen och reklamationen) fick jag återbetalning för skrivbordet. Jag fick göra om alla hål och alla andra hål får stanna kvar men jag uppskattar att jag fick pengarna tillbaka och att svaret kom snabbt.

SCAM.
Experience first started on 12th February when I ordered a chair from their website after seeing an ad. First Red Flag, money deducted from the account with no product delivered. Get a text on my phone asking them to review them on TrustPilot - even though I have not experienced the product. Second Red Flag, no office address, no CVR number. They have Instagram pages and websites in multiple European languages with no physical presence or address. The address on their website for Østerbrogade is nothing but an apartment building with a few shops or kiosks underneath. The legal entity details is on their UK website which you can verify on the company house website which also has info on their directors and location. (Most likely a shell company) Third Red Flag, on 3rd of March (Promised delivery date) no email from the company, no text regarding delivery. No contact from the company ever since I placed my order almost 20 days ago. I asked them to cancel my order immediately. They gave me an excuse saying that they have a delay in delivery to their warehouse and if I wait for 20 days more I will get the product and 20% off on my order. I did not go for it since I have no confidence in their company or product. I asked for a refund and got received that a few days later. If you’re waiting for your order, cancel it. You’re risking buying something very cheap and flimsy which you can’t return since they are a drop shipping company who may have no mechanism to process returns.
