UPDATE: Probleme bei RETOUR!
Ich wollte EINEN von ZWEI Bürostühlen zurücksenden. Die KI Laura und Ellie wollen das aber anscheinend nicht einsehen. Ich warte noch immer auf RETOURUNTERLAGEN. Statt dessen: 20 % Rabatt wenn ich doch noch einen weiteren Bürostuhl behalten will. So ein Unfug. UPDATE: Und nun kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Die Retoure hat sich erledigt. In dem Fall nun ein klares "LIKE" für die Abwicklung.
