Naked Nutrition Reviews

I ordered from them and tried using their app to get the discount code. The app didn’t put the right product in my shopping cart and I was sent an unflavored protein powder ! I went to return and they refused to give me a return label for almost a month. I finally disputed the charge and magically their system was fixed and they could provide a return label. This company should not be allowed to operate or be in business . They offer no customer support at all ! No live person. Just emails! I followed up everyday for weeks and offered solutions but they made no comment other than sorry for the frustration but our system is still down .

Love all the products Naked makes. can always count on them to produce high quality products with clean ingredients.

Big fan of the vitamins, protein powder, energy drinks and pre-workout. Great customer service. Easy to order and everything works as intended. No complaints!

My family loves the Naked Nutrition brand! I buy the iron supplement for myself and the kids vitamin gummies for my toddler. I love that the items are high quality, affordable and quick shipping. I will continue to buy from them.

I’m rating my customer experience. I ordered from their website on 7/3. Two days later I received a notification it had been delivered. After checking the box and not seeing it. I contacted them via email and received a response asking to confirm the shipping address which was correct. Since it was a holiday weekend I told them I’d check with my neighbors the next day. No one had the package and I reached back out to the company. Silence for 2 days. I finally threatened to file a dispute to which the responded telling me to file a missing mail request with USPS. I’m sorry but what happened to customer service and why are companies so jaded that they put the ownnes on new customers to find their package. Today is 7/8 the package was delivered today. I will never order from this company again.

I've been putting the Naked Gut Supplement & Naked Marine Collagen in my morning coffee for several months now, and I've had a great experience from start the finish! Both products are easy to mix in any flavored beverage, and they dissolve fully without leaving grainy sediment behind. Since using them, I've noticed improvements in my skin, hair, and gut health, which is fantastic! The Naked Team was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the ordering process, and allowed me to offer honest feedback on my experience after trying both products. I'd definitely recommend Naked Nutrition to my friends & family!

I have been using their Naked Whey for over a year, and I love the product, so I decided to create a subscription on their company website and order directly from them. The first order I received was a tainted canister. It smelled like sour milk. It had a fruity taste. It would not bulk up in the blender. It was clumpy as a powder and the color was off. The only way to contact them is through email. Even their phone number is just an answering service who sends them an email for you. After a month of emails, They refused to do anything. They told me they had no other complaints about that batch. A lot could have happened, they also put a scoop in every canister, something could have been on the scoop. When I drank the shake, I got stomach pain, followed by cramping and GI issues until it was all out of my system. My doctor suggested water could have gotten in the canister before it was sealed and microbes could have started to grow. It fits with the taste and the fact it would not expand in the blender. This was a five pound canister, so I am out $80. They won’t even take it back and replace it. Nothing, after a full month of me trying to communicate with them. Zero customer service for a decent product. Filed a complaint with the BBB, where they have a score of an F. Also contacted the FDA. Naked Nutrition does not care about their customers, at all.

I have now tried, Naked Nutrition’s Energy, and Biotin. Both products have worked great for me. I ordered from Amazon with zero issues.

Great customer service. Product works well.

This company is amazing! I have been using their pre-workout for myself and multivitamins for my son, such a hit! My son is so picky but love these knowing my son is getting the nutrients he needs! The preworkout is awesome, no jitters and keep me energized for my workout! The service at Naked Nutrition is top notch and highly recommend their products!

I had managed expectations, but they failed at every turn. Their website will alternatively recognize past orders, then in the same session, show that you have never ordered, even if you are logged in. At best, it's annoying, but if you are trying to troubleshoot a missing order, it's beyond frustrating. My most recent order never showed any movement beyond label creation and departure from a Little Rock facility. A week later it's shown as missing in NY. And forget getting a real person on chat or the phone to talk about it. Everything is through email. It was a $300 order. I have had better customer service for a lost $10 item!

This was my first time trying the Naked brand, and I LOVE the vanilla creamer. It quickly dissolves and tastes like vanilla and not the icky artificial sweetener. I use it for my morning teas and sometimes to my protein smoothies for a delicious boost! I feel great knowing that there’s whole ingredients that I can feel good about putting in to my body. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the Naked Nutrition Collagen Creamer for a few weeks now, and I’m hooked! The caramel flavor is subtle but just right, and it adds a creamy texture that makes my coffee feel like a treat. What I love most is the ingredient list: clean, simple, and packed with high-quality collagen. I've noticed my nails growing faster and my skin looking a little more glowy—which is a win in my book! It's also dairy-free, which fits perfectly with my dietary goals. If you’re looking for an easy way to add collagen to your routine without sacrificing taste or quality, this is it. Naked Nutrition nailed it with this one!

Despite seeing some others have a poor experience with their customer service, my experience so far has been quite good. Product arrived on time, it doesn’t upset my stomach much compared to other supplements, and communication has been consistent. Prices aren’t terrible either for the market and portions.

I've been using Naked Nutrition for YEARS, and it's one of my favorite brands to purchase protein powder, snacks, overnight oats, and coffee creamer. The products are delicious and packed with nutrients which I love. My whole family loves their products so I recommend to everyone!

Love their iron (doesn't make me sick) and the kids gummies have been great for my girls! Very happy with their products!

Please be careful with their products. I bought their Naked Mass for weight gain and ended up being diagnosed as prediabetic. I didn't know at first that it was spiking my blood sugar until I realized each time I drink it, I feel awful. When I check the ingredients, the carb was 90% and the sugar was 24g. What makes it worse they choose not to offer a solution despite this scary situation. So if you use their product and end up in the hospital, they don't care.

It’s been 2 months since I began taking their Biotin (started 3/26/25) and while I’m still on my first bottle, my expectations are realistic. When starting this supplement I was looking for any improvement in my hair and skin; be it length, fullness and or texture. I also wanted my face to shine bright like a diamond, honey! These things take time and so far I can say the pills are easy to take due to their size and my hair feels a bit fuller. I was experiencing itchiness of the skin (prior to taking this) and it has since subsided. Overall, a great experience with zero side effects.

I had high hopes for this preworkout powder, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The taste was rancid —far from what was advertised—and the overall quality was terrible, making it impossible to use. I actually had to prevent myself from puking, it was clearly inedible. To make sure it wasn’t just me, I also had somebody else try it who had the same exact experience To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, I was met with unbelievabe responses and zero willingness to help. A company selling health products should prioritize both quality and customer support**, but this one failed on both fronts. I ordered three products and was just looking for help on the one contaminated product, but to no avail. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If you're considering a purchase, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better quality and service

I loved everything about it so far! The products I've tried have been amazing & are must haves in my daily routine!
