Es una página que no funciona, intenté comprar unas zapatillas y estuve 20 minutos intentando hacer la compra pero daba todo el rato error por parte de Nike, me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico y no me pudieron solucionar nada, me dijeron que esperase veinticuatro horas y lo volviera a intentar, y ahora que ya me deja están agotadas las zapatillas. Haceros un favor a vosotros mismos y buscar ofertas en otras páginas.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Don’t bother ordering from Nike. Horrible company to order with. No chance of cancellation, or returning. Not worth the money paid. And no chance of getting it back!!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Habe im online shop Deutschland 5 Teile für ca. 200 Euro bestellt. Leider alle noch zu klein (war auch meine erste Bestellung). Samstag Retour, Geld zurück am Donnerstag.

Bad Customer Service and Out of Warranty items being sold by retailers No warning

I am writing to formally address a significant issue regarding my recent purchase of Nike Air Force 1 '07 shoes from Foot Locker. Below are the relevant details of the purchase: • Model Number: 4101086 • UPC: UPC00194499063032 • Style Code: CT2302-100 • Men's Size: 08.0 • 12/14/22 |02/13/23 Issue Overview I had purchased this item vide bill number #P726648908697252659 dated 12/13/2025. Due to winter conditions, I was unable to try on the shoes immediately. However, when I finally attempted to wear them in May 2025, I was dismayed to find that they were excessively cramped at the front, causing considerable discomfort and pain. As a result, the shoes are now beyond wearable for me, rendering my purchase effectively useless. Foot Locker's Response Upon reaching out to FootLocker for assistance, I was informed that returns would be rejected beyond the 45-day window, which would have placed the return deadline February 13, 2025. I was advised to take the matter up with Nike. After consulting with Nike, I learned that these shoes may be classified as "Out of Warranty" products. This information was surprising, as it was not disclosed at the time of purchase, nor is it mentioned on my receipt. Concerns Regarding Disclosure As a reputable retailer, I believe Foot Locker has a responsibility to transparently inform customers when selling products that are out of warranty. The lack of disclosure regarding the warranty status of the product I purchased raises concerns about the integrity of your sales practices. Nike says they have never encounter such an issue at all. The Nike Customer service is not from North America. They are absolute rude and are not educated about the dates mentioned above. They even cannot say what date format it is MM/DD/YY or anything. Very bad experience with them

Awful Customer Service – Rude Call, No Support, No Refund

I had a really disappointing experience with Nike’s customer service. I received no email confirmation or dispatch update after placing my order. It’s now delayed, and I won’t even be in the country to receive it anymore. When I called Nike, I spoke with a rude, unempathetic advisor who basically told me to call Evri (the courier) myself to chase it, even though I can’t get through to a real person at Evri. Nike just washed their hands of it and left me to deal with the mess on my own. I can’t cancel the order, and I don’t even want the shoes anymore. it’s been too much hassle. To top it off, they said the only way to get a refund would be to file a report, and it would take up to a month to process. That’s totally unacceptable for a major global brand. I’ll be buying from Sports Direct or another brand next time. The whole experience was distasteful and incredibly frustrating.

Nie wieder NIKE

Ich kann NIKE absolut gar nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir haben 3 Paar NIKE Schuhe innerhalb von einem Jahr entsorgen müssen. Immer die gleichen Materialfehler innen im oberen Fersenbereich. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice war dermaßen schlecht, dass ich mich noch immer ärgere. Viele Versuche jemanden zu erreichen, der eine Kulanzlösung anbietet... verliefen im Sand. Zuerst wurde immer eine Rückmeldung/eine Rückerstattung versprochen und bis heute... über ein Jahr nach erster Kontaktaufnahme haben wir nichts bekommen. Ich bin sehr verärgert!!! KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG FÜR NIKE MEINERSEITS!!!

Sempre comprei Nike diretamente dos Estados Unidos e nunca tive problemas. Aqui no Brasil costumo comprar da Adidas e Puma, mas decidi dar uma chance à Nike Brasil — e me arrependi totalmente. O tênis chegou com qualidade extremamente ruim, totalmente abaixo do padrão da marca. Solicitei reembolso dentro do prazo, e o valor foi devolvido. Porém, **ninguém respondeu minhas mensagens até hoje**. Enviei vários e-mails, inclusive para os EUA, **sem qualquer resposta**. Os e-mails da Nike Brasil estão desativados, e quando liguei para o atendimento, me deixaram esperando por mais de **45 minutos na linha** sem nenhuma solução. **Péssimo atendimento ao cliente.** Primeira e última vez que compro da Nike no Brasil. --- 🇺🇸 [English] It was my **first time buying from Nike in Brazil** (Order nº 981038486), and unfortunately, it was the **worst experience I’ve ever had with the brand**. Nike pegasus plus shoes started peeling…

Nike pegasus plus shoes started peeling on the midsole 3 months after purchase and I was repeatedly refused a replacement pair and was incorrectly quoted Nikes 30 day return policy when EU law states I can request one due to a manufacturers defect within 2 years. Regular buyer for years with Nike and disgusted at how I was treated.
