Awful Customer Service – Rude Call, No Support, No Refund

I had a really disappointing experience with Nike’s customer service. I received no email confirmation or dispatch update after placing my order. It’s now delayed, and I won’t even be in the country to receive it anymore. When I called Nike, I spoke with a rude, unempathetic advisor who basically told me to call Evri (the courier) myself to chase it, even though I can’t get through to a real person at Evri. Nike just washed their hands of it and left me to deal with the mess on my own. I can’t cancel the order, and I don’t even want the shoes anymore. it’s been too much hassle. To top it off, they said the only way to get a refund would be to file a report, and it would take up to a month to process. That’s totally unacceptable for a major global brand. I’ll be buying from Sports Direct or another brand next time. The whole experience was distasteful and incredibly frustrating.
