Es una página que no funciona, intenté comprar unas zapatillas y estuve 20 minutos intentando hacer la compra pero daba todo el rato error por parte de Nike, me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico y no me pudieron solucionar nada, me dijeron que esperase veinticuatro horas y lo volviera a intentar, y ahora que ya me deja están agotadas las zapatillas. Haceros un favor a vosotros mismos y buscar ofertas en otras páginas.

Bought a pair of Air Max Plus, miscoloring after two weeks (used approx 2-3 times in sunny & dry weather only). Wanted my money back, no email, phone service was horrendous. All in all an bad experience.
ACHTUNG! Selbst, wenn die Ware (Schuhe) ganz klare Materialmängel aufweist (die Schnürsenkel haben einfach den Schuh aufgerieben, was mir noch nie passiert ist!) weigert sich Nike, sich an deutsche Gesetze zu halten und den mangelhafte Artikel umzutauschen. Ich besitze die Schuhe erst seit Mitte November 2024 und habe sie lediglich immer mal getragen. Ich rate jedem davon ab, bei Nike zu bestellen bzw. überhaupt noch Nike Artikel zu erwerben.
Der Kundendienst besteht ausschließlich aus mittelmäßig der deutschen Sprache mächtigen Personen, die sich überhaupt nicht für das Kundenwohl interessieren, fast schon frech sind und sich auch weigern, ihre Namen zu nennen.
Man fühlt sich so, als hätte man in irgendeinem dubiosen Onlineshop im Ausland bestellt, leider handelt es sich hier tatsächlich um Nike.

Client fidèle à Nike, je commande sur nike.com depuis plus de 10 ans. Ces derniers mois, c'est devenu catastrophique: entre les annulations de commandes sans préavis, les produits manquant dans les paquets, et maintenant les colis qui disparaissent.
Ma dernière commande à 190€ s'est juste volatilisée.
Plus de 2 mois après ma commande, j'ai toujours des échanges stériles et vains avec le support: soit c'est un bot qui me répond, soit il y a une volonté manifeste de ne pas adresser le problème ... je penche pour ma part pour la 2ème option.

Ordine C01507406218 - Effettuo un ordine per un paio di scarpe,ancor prima dell'arrivo del pacco segnalo, tramite chat, che avevo necessità di cambiare il numero ordinato.Appena mi arriva l'ordine ( neanche apro la scatola sapendo di doverlo cambiare) lo rispedisco subito secondo le loro indicazioni. Ieri chiedo info rispetto al nuovo ordine che mi dovevano mandare e mi rispondono che, dal mio reso, risulta che hanno ricevuto il pacco vuoto, senza fornire prova di ciò. oggi ricevo una mail (tra l'altro in inglese e sembrava proprio una mail preimpostata) dove mi viene detto che non ho diritto al rimborso ( che non avevo chiesto, ma avevo chiesto solo il cambio numero).Norme comportamentali inesistenti, nessuna prova del fatto che il pacco fosse veramente vuoto. SIETE DEI LADRI, DELINQUENTI. Oltretutto, dall'app, l'ordine risulta ancora nello stato di "confermato".
Worst customer service i have ever had in my life. The "nike athletes" refuse to contact me with a manager to get my request resolved. Their phone number on the website does not work too. So if you want to get help do not expect it.
De klantenservice biedt helaas niet de kwaliteit die je zou mogen verwachten. Medewerkers lijken niet bereid tot meedenken of het tonen van empathie. Het gebruik van een vertaalmachine leidt tot onbegrip en miscommunicatie. Zo ging mijn vraag over sokken, terwijl de medewerker reageerde met informatie over schoenen. Deze ervaring was uitermate teleurstellend
I sent my products back with THEIR return label, and after a month of waiting i never heard back. turns out they don't know if they received it. they refused to pay me back, even though later on I had purchased the exact same product! Like, why would I keep one and lie about having returned it, then buy one more? So they stole my money, and i will only use other brands from now on.
I made a order of nearly £400 pound and DPD didn’t deliver it and left it at a locker but gave me no pass code to collect it, Nike are saying nothing they can do even though they can see I ain’t got the order
