Horroble company. Have not sent my order out after a week and don’t bother replying to their emails. Will never order from them again and completely ruined a baby shower I ordered it for.

Great quality and lovely colours ! My daughter loves her dummies and these are the only ones she likes.
Brought for our daughter who’s due date is in August she had asked for the dummies & clip as her friend has them really trendy & quality looks amazing
I purchased on your website 3 weeks ago and heard nothing! I reached out 3 times already trough mail to 2 different email addresses and the mail keep bouncing back! where is my package? I see that you don't ship to Israel but when I made the order you did! so I expect to get my package or get my money back but I can reach you!

A week after placing the order I had heard nothing, so chased it up to find that there 'had been a glicth' which meant they didn't actually have the item. I get mistakes happen but as an online retailer myself I find it amazing how people manage to loose orders and sell stuff they don't have in stock! Maybe an inventory management package is required.
i wat to order a bibs pacifir. but nibbiling say that they are not send to israel? next send all the time in very fast delevery. maby because im from israel....you dont want to send us a products.

Taken a long time for the items to be dispatched. The company’s communication isn’t that good either. No reply to emails! Which isn’t helpful. Not sure I’d shop with them in the future.
This company sells through Ankorstore. I placed an order of nearly £400 10 days ago and although I have reached out several times on messages, emails & through Ankorstore’s customer service, this company refuses to give any updates on the order. Have now requested cancellation as clearly they have zero customer service.
Colour I ordered wasn’t available but customer service contacted me straight away and sorted quickly.
