I recently purchased some wonderful Nibbling goodies for a family friend, and they absolutely adored them! Nibbling were quick and efficient at making sure the products arrived on time. I would fully recommend purchasing from them!

I recently gifted my nephew some Nibbling goodies and he absolutely loved them! The team were amazing at making sure everything arrived in time for when I travelled to see him.

This company is a scam! Paid for an item off them over two weeks ago, and also paid £5 for 48 hour delivery. Not received the item, not received any dispatch notification or any other correspondence apart from the order receipt. I’ve tried emailing them, I’ve filled out their customer service contact sheet on their website. Ive messaged them through their Facebook page and even tried the owners WhatsApp link and yet no one has responded to me. I’ve spoken to quite a few other people they have done this too as well. Just look at their other reviews on trustpilot! Im now in the process of reporting them to trading standards. Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely awful company. So not buy or use them. I have emailed 5 times now and have had no reply. I’ve also done some research in to the company and the item they are seeking have actually been deemed unsafe with lots of hazzards posed to babies and young children! AVOID

Beautiful product and lovely packaging so many to choose from and fast delivery and a very helpful team.

Good quality of products. Especially: Hevea pacifier 3-36 months, highly resistant to bites. My little one bites the dummies and I have to change them every week. This one is for now (3 weeks) with no hole or damage. I really recommend.

It is taking too long to arrive.

I’ve had some nibbling products from family/ friend and they’ve always been nice. However, recently tried to buy some on the website only to find out they don’t deliver to the Scottish highlands! I live on the Isle of Skye where there is a bridge and regular deliveries with no problem so this was extremely disappointing

Terrible customer service and response! Still waiting for a reply on my 3 emails asking where my order is. Been 2 weeks and still nothing. Even though the automatic email they send say they will reply within 2-3 working days. No tracking number for my order and no updates, happily take my money out my bank though.

Disgusting customer service! Ordered 3 weeks. Took payment out of my account! Sent numerous emails and no reply! Contacting PayPal to get my money back! Whoever wants these dummy clips can buy them from Ali Express for next to nothing and make them cheaper at home. Won’t even cost you £7 to make and this company is charging nearly £20 for 1 dummy clip!!!! And on top such disgusting customer service. The dummy clips thread is all coming apart! They ask you to return it to get fixed and they give you the wrong address and the post comes back to you that’s if you have put a return address! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! get them yourself and make them cheaper!
