Horroble company. Have not sent my order out after a week and don’t bother replying to their emails. Will never order from them again and completely ruined a baby shower I ordered it for.

Great quality and lovely colours ! My daughter loves her dummies and these are the only ones she likes.
Love the nibbling products! Customer service was excellent when I enquired about the whereabouts of my parcel.
Ordered 2 weeks ago and yet still to receive my order. Tried to contact nibbling and there response was that order has been received and will be dispatched asap.

Right from start to finish my experience of purchasing from Nibbling UK has been fabulous! Super fast delivery and one very happy teething toddler. Very quick in responding to both emails and messages to secure our order. The quality in both their packaging and products is high and I've done my own research on this plus the safety, a lot of jewellery style baby products are deemed unsafe but these have both withstood my strength and my toddlers, and boy don't we know how strong toddlers can be with their tantrums! Thank you for our dummy clips and teethers, especially loving our Christmas edition teethers. Will be buying more!

Personalised items take 14 days to process- I couldn’t see that on the website when purchased. If it’s not clear don’t blame the customer- make it clear! Also online queries need to be answered in a timely fashion- prompt communication is invaluable for good reputations - no excuses.
After two weeks, still waiting for my parcel to arrive but received two review requests… please help to speed up the shipment first, since I also paid £6.95 for the shipping… Thanks

I have not yet received my items so can't comment on quality. However it's been a week since order receipt and I've heard nothing regargs dispatch or possible order date. I cant really offer much more at this time.

I have still not received my order after 2 weeks
So after the reply from this company 3days ago saying they want to sort this immediately. I have heard nothing apart from a reply on Instagram to say they will pass the information on. Nothing else. Still not received my order (ordered 4weeks ago) no update nothing. I have emailed and asked for a refund and no reply. Looks like I won't be getting my money back disgusting. Avoid this company!!!!!
Ordered a dummy clip and dummy’s from this site nearly 3 week ago. Not had no email to say it’s been dispatched. I emailed them to get a reply saying it should of been dispatched already. I am still waiting days later.
Easy to order. Delivery within a couple of days Ideal for babies. And best of all they go in the dishwasher and never lose colour
They never have enough stock. Also have never replied to any of the emails sent with queries. Very unimpressed.
I still haven't received my order and is been 21 days since i ordered item. Customers services team dont respond to queries sent to them. Bad experience overall. Wouldn't recommend
