Very friendly and knowledgeable adviser
Such a good factors company, our estate is kept in tip top condition all year. Grass is always cut, hedges trimmed and grit bins topped up during winter. Really easy to communicate with, and John comes out to view the estate numerous times a year. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Jamie Stoddard from Newton Property Management has been managing a roof repair and interior decoration project for my property with outstanding professionalism so far. His communication has been excellent, and the work is progressing to a high standard. I highly recommend Jamie for his reliability and efficiency.

Since Kiran has been here Ballumbie House has had jobs done that should have been done while back, you can ask for her and she will always call back and her manner is always pleasant and polite.The gardeners here were pathetic she visited here and now they do the job properly as they know she was correct Kiran is a pleasure to speak to an always helpful.
Had cause to report a drainage issue. My report was swiftly actioned by Kate Bulloch. The contractor Klearview attended next day and the issue was resolveded. Kate then followed up with an email to confirm that I was satisfied.
