I ordered 2 cases a few months ago as they were a very good price in the Nere sale. They were delivered very quickly and very well packed. They look very attractive - I chose the light blue cases which are great. I have now used them and found them very roomy and easy to pack and also seem to be quite sturdy. They were excellent value in the sale.

I have sent multiple emails regarding how I can reschedule this return to be picked up and have heard nothing back from your company. I spent a significant amount of time chasing the issue with DPD and they have advised me that the only way this can be fixed is from your end. I would like to again express the urgency of returning these cases to receive my full refund within your 14 day returns policy. It is absolutely a nonnegotiable that I will be left stuck with these cases I do not want. I have already ordered from your company last month and had a great experience - as to why I returned, but this time it is becoming an unmanageable task creating me a large amount of stress. These cases were a gift and were not the desired colour or design. I need this to be sorted ASAP because I will be leaving the country next month. I would also like to remind you what I have also noted in 2 previous emails, that on arrival the large Bondi case already had marks on it including a black mark on the handle but there was nowhere to add this to my reason for return. I did not try to remove any marks incase of damage. As your policy only gives you 2 weeks for a refund it is vital these are returned so I can purchase the ones actually desired.
