Thank you for the £18 real betis 22/23 shirt. Just the same as all the other sites, promote the best shirts but in reality no one ever receives them. Did a experiment with a few different sites, all go down the same route as the original RRP and try to justify this. If you are buying this for a family member or as a gift, I'd recommend just shopping around and you'll know better what kind of kit they would like, as using sites like these just leads to disappointment.

Great kits I recommend

I ordered a mystery kit in good faith that I was buying a legitimate football kit! What I recieved in the post yesterday is criminal. It is not an official 'Police Tero' football kit! I have a receieved a bespoke polo shirt (stitching coming apart) of cheap quality, with some badges sewn on! The shirt material is very coarse and clearly not sportswear. I've looked online at the official police tero site, a team based in thailand and what i have recieved holds zero resemblance to any of the kits their offical kit manufacturer FBT have produced!!! I sent them an email with pictures of the counterfiet shirt they sent to me and I got a standard response this morning saying it is legitimate because they deal directly to the supplier and to return the kit to them. Looking at other reviews on here I don't want to pay for postage back knowing I won't see a return. It's clear this is counterfiet. I demanded an immediate full refund including the postage and packing charge to my account but there was no mention of a refund, nor was a return address provided. *update* their response to this review is a standard response they send to any negative review they receive. I sent a 2nd email this morning requesting a return address and I have had no reply. How are they getting away with this?! *update 23rd Oct* Still had no response to my previous email but I did today recieve an email frlm mysterykits saying they hope I am happy with my order and I will be rewarded with 10% discount for leaving a review.....

Ordered a small men’s for a nephew. Received a Large mens. Cost £35 Told to send it back at my cost which would be refunded. Post cost £4.95 So no shirt and £39.95 down and now not responding to my emails, no phone number to contact. Wouldn’t trust them if they can’t sort something so simple out. Don’t waste your money for them to get it wrong, make you spend more sending it back, to then ignore you. **** EDIT **** I see Mystery Kits have replied with their usual stating to check junk folder. This is a lie, they HAVE NOT emailed me. Furthermore I have several time requested they call me, you have my number. My junk folder is empty, you have not tried to sort this out. All you need to do is refund my postage as per the promise and send me a men’s small shirt. Why is this so hard, trust is so important in the world and I have none for this business.

Thankyou for your reply but I’ve not received it if you’d read what I put it wasn’t my house that it got delivered to and if you look at your emails you will see I’ve sent the relevant proof the fact it’s took you nearly two months to reply plus I’m still without the item BECAUSE IT WASNT DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AS IVE STATED TO YOU so the service has not been completed

Don’t be conned in to it, shop around! The customer service is poor and they lie on the review replies to make people think that they are not in the wrong!

When i recived this package it was an indian team even though i asked for an african national team. However the mystery kits team has resolved the situation very quickly. And has let me do a shirt swap.

They tried to keep the money. They sent the shirts and we weren’t home so, they got returned by the shipping company (Evri notified us of this). Mystery Kits used the shipping trucking number to try to “prove” we had the shirts and keep the money but, the shirts had been returned to them, and we DIDN’T GET THE SHIRTS OR A REFUND. My husband had friends who were happy with their purchase and that’s why we tried but, in our case, Mystery Kits (or twittersportsmedia as in the payments) ignored our many emails trying to explain the situation, and they tried to rip us off. After many emails, posts on Facebook, and filling a form online on their website, Mystery Kits said they would sort it out, they asked us to pay DOUBLE the initial price for shipping costs, and they NEVER sent anything again. I was lucky I paid through PAYPAL and they returned my husband the money for the shipping, and they returned me the money for the shirts but, it took months and the palaver of sending all the proof and explanations. You are lucky if you get the shirts on first attempt, otherwise you can say bye to your money. Trustpilot works very well to check bussiness and there are other companies out there more reliable than this one.

The sent me a top from 3 seasons ago why don't the say you will get a old top and not 1 from this season?
