Requested a shirt from a South American club, received a shirt from a Mexican club (North America). Slightly disappointed, however the shirt itself was decent enough, despite being far from premium quality.

Great way of getting a new and different kit my son is happy to wear!

Rubbish Indian league 2 top. Must be the cheapest top ever made . Can see through it. Maybe fine for wearing in india but not the UK. Top feels like a really bad fake top you buy on holiday. Basically a full ‘print’ Utterly disappointed. Would be surprised if mystery kits paid more than £5 for it. Very cheap

Shocking company. Emailed a number of times about my order being delivered to me with no response. Come on to here to leave a bad review to which they ask me to email them as they had no record of my complaint. I emailed them straight away with the previous emails I had sent along with a screenshot of my review on here and I have still once again received no communication at all. beyond a joke!

I've had 4 jerseys from Mystery Kits and have generally been pleased with the outcome. However, I do agree with some other reviewers that the advertising relies heavily on promoting top tier kits as if they're a realistic possibility. My most recent purchase bagged me a Police Tero F.C.kit. Whilst I appreciate that it does what it says on the tin, it isn't quite on the level of Venezia or Atlético Mineiro. It's a fun option for shirt collectors, but I do think the advertising needs to be more reflective of what the majority of people actually end up with. The kits I've received: Marseille, Uruguay, Belgium, & Police Tero FC.

Bought 3 kids shirts for Christmas presents, all aged 9-10 but 2 shirts were very small compared to the other so I emailed mystery kits and they replied saying I could return but they wouldn’t send out replacements until they received the kits. This was 2 weeks before Christmas, so I asked if I ordered another 2 shirts would I get them before Christmas, which they did, the boys loved their shirts but then this is where the issues have occurred. I have sent continuous emails without response. They did say I would receive a refund within 3-7 days but I’ve not received any refund and I’ve since wrote 2 emails and heard nothing again. The whole concept of the mystery kit is a good idea and as I said, the boys loved them but the customer service is lacking and the fact you have to pay to return items and the difference in sizing is also way off. I’d just like my refund really, as +£60 is a lot of money these days.

Since it's a company based outside EU, I have to pay toll.. almost the same amount as the shirt and delivery.. Could have mentioned it when I had to pay!!!

I was put off being tempted by mystery shirts for a while, mainly due to having a feeling only folk with 1,000s of social media followers got decent shirts. However when I saw he January sale I thought “oh if these are normal £60+ you will surely get a decent shirt”…… how wrong was I?! The shirt is garbage. Adds ZERO value to any shirt collection. An American non-league team shirt (metro Louisville), by an unknown brand (Icarus). Barely training shirt quality. It’s already in a bag for the charity shop. Complete waste of £40. In response to your reply - I didn’t ask to avoid top European teams. I asked to avoid 4 specific teams (as well as English ones) As for your comment claiming I don’t understand how mystery shirts work……. Look at your social media and on site reviews. They’re all decent jerseys from top brands. Of course I was expecting something similar! It’s what you lead people to believe.

This is a fantastic company, I've had 5 shirts from these guys which were Pennslyvania Prime (usa), Louisville Metro (usa), Biriani (Ghana), Thimphu City (Bhutan) and FC Koln (Germany) all of fantastic quality and all real. I love the different teams from different countries which makes it even more of a mystery to what you get. The company is very assertive to your requirements and provide fantastic service from once the order is placed to the moment the shirt is dispatched. Extremely happy with this company and would recommend always

Received our mystery kit for our grandson. We were really pleased with the presentation and delivery time. We will definitely use them again.

My item was fantastic, I really loved my top great product and delivered in no time would highly recommend.

Still no sign of the mystery kit my son is very unhappy 😞 at this point I feel we’ve been scammed

Awesome shirts so far, I’ve got Bayern leverkusen 3rd shirt and metro Louisville wud never have thought of buying them teams and that’s why I like doing the mystery shirts

Ordered from here for years with little issue. Ordered my wife her first kit for Christmas and recieced youth instead of women's. Mistakes happen but this spoiled the Christmas surprise. Been emailing the customer service team with no response for days. Shocking. Sent my shirt back but don't even know if I will get a refund. Awful.

Gave them limited choice, no UCL, nothing English but please could it be European and adidas. Very please with a Real Valladolid shirt 👍👍
