REFUSING TO TRANSFER PRESCRIPTION and close ACCOUNT

They took my money charged me for prescription I keep asking them for refill .No response. pharmacist just keeps delaying and delaying. I I told the Pharmacist to transfer my prescription, he refuses to do it. College of Pharmacists A prescription shall be transferred from a pharmacy that is accredited as a community pharmacy on the request of the patient or a person acting on behalf of the patient. For the purposes of the regulations, a person acting on behalf of the patient includes a registrant acting on behalf of the patient. I cancelled my prescription and account but Jack and Jill continue to charge my credit card for bogus orders never shipped

I cancelled my prescription and account on August 24 2023 and was given a refund. Today I found out that Jack and Jill kept my credit card on file and have charged my credit card 4 times on 2x on Oct 9 and Sept 9 totaL of $324 (4x $81) =for bogus orders which were never shipped . I went into the my account and tried to remove my credit card information and was unable to because it is locked . Jack and Jill did NOT SHIP ANY ORDER (ZERO ORDERS) TO ME , BUT CHARGED ME FOR FOUR (4) ORDERS AND REFUSE TO REMOVE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION What I want from these scammers is to refund me back the $361 by Nov 9 2023 or I will file a formal complaint with the College of Pharmacists and with the Consumer Protection Agency . UPDATE: Jack Health sent me fake receipts claiming they refunded my credit card, but Mastercard confirms NO REFUND SUBMITTED BY JACK HEALTH ....I have asked them to provide proof of submission and confirmation code from Mastercard that the refund credit was received and processes. Jack Health has not responded ALSO IMPORTANT -JACK HEALTH DOES NOT HAVE ACCREDITED PHARMACY. The Pharmacy name listed on their website JACK PHARMACY 65 Montpelier street Brampton , Ontario , is Not an pharmacy accredited on Ontario College pharmacists UPDATE : I HAVE PROVIDED TO TRUSTPILOT PAYMENT RECEIPTS AND REFUND RECEIPTS FROM JACK HEALTH . THIS POST IS LEGIT AND 100% ACCURATE Jack Health refunded me the 4 charges on November 7 2023, but then fraudulently charged me again on November 6 2023 4x $81 again for a bogus order, for no prescription, no order , no shipment . The charges are still pending on my credit card. I have requested (3x) Jack to cancel the fraudulent pending charges. . complaints have been filed against their pharmacist Jack has provided refund for the bogus charges Attached is the screen shot
