Without any doubt this experience was un-forgettable in a nice way. Robert (both of them) were very polite and worked away diligently whilst completing the work as well as contacting me to keep me in touch with what was going on. I am 85 years of age and i am sure that both made allowance for that fact. My computer was very much in need of a good make-over and a lot of repair work required to bring it back to standard and speed it up as well. No problems there, these gentlemen know their business and I would and will, recommend them to one and all without any hesitation. Andrew P. Brown. I wonder if they could do the same for me ! (wishful thinking).
