Really liked the packaging but unfortunately my two dogs did not like the food.

The packaging is phenomenal and always arrives completely frozen with dry ice still in tact!

Thor's food arrived on time and was still frozen despite sitting out in the summer heat.

Great product at a fair price. I left Farmers Dog and joined Ollie. They were a little slow in responding to my request. But they always come through and are always competent & polite!

My dog loves the food and looks forward to feeding time. My dog is so picky but not when it comes to Ollie’s food

My dogs were never enthusiastic about feeding time before they started eating Ollie food. Sparky is 10 and Snoopy is 5 years old. I use to fill up their bowl with dry dog food and it would sit there for days until they decided to eat. Now I can’t get it on the plate fast enough.

My dog loves Ollie! We would love to feed it to her all of the time but it's not in our budget. We are able to afford it sometimes and she is one happy pup when we do!

My 9 mo old Maltese pup is finally eating again. We tried so many kinds of food and she is so fussy. Customer service is the best I've seen in years! So very helpful and kind. The app is great and I have a peace of mind knowing the different results.

Working with Ollie has been great. We tried the three "biggest " fresh food deliveries for Thelly. First Nomnom. She liked it ok but...so we then tried Farmers dog...liked it better, but had issues. Now Ollie. She really likes it, and actually asks me to feed her. I warmed it up a smidge and now she totally licks her dish clean yay! Ollie for the win. I wish the web site was a bit easier to push the deliveries out and of course I have to manage the funds so if you made the delivery dates easier it would be great. Thanks.

I give Ollie to my two dogs, one of which is extremely picky. They both enjoy it, I see an increase in energy level of the 11 year old picky eater, and the "back end" results are perfect. I live in a warm climate and the packs always arrive frozen. Ollie also has a nutritional consultant I email to make sure my puppy and older dog are getting the right number of calories and nutrition amounts. Love Ollie!

I cancelled my very first order they apparently lost my cancellation email. The food made my dog sick...they sent pork for a little dog which should not be given to small dogs. Sent an order which was cancelled. Their food is supposed to be healthy it is NOT

Their app is user friendly, they offer lots of extras that benefit your dog’s health, and my dog loves their food. He actually eats it! Their delivery is great, too.

The size of the packages are very convenient and easy to open. My dog loves the food!

First shipment arrived with food all thawed out. Had to throw it out. On the plus side when I called Ollie they sent a replacement shipment that arrived frozen. The third shipment arrived two days after ran out of meals. It was also not frozen and required calling Ollie to get a replacement. It arrived quickly and was frozen. This time they used double ice amount.

My dog absolutely loves the food, and everything is always on time.

Food delivered thawed due to insufficient ice. Delivery was in transit 3 days and arrive unusable.
