Although I like the food and fast…
Although I like the food and fast service, my dog doesn't like all the vegetables. Technically, dogs don't need all the vegetables. I've come to realize this from studying and reading about making my dogs food for the last 2 years. I like the convenience of it all. I just hope she starts to like it more.

Updated Review
1st box arrived via UPS all contents in box unthawed. Called and spoke to representative and was very nice, cordial, understanding and accommodating and got a replacement order set up. 2nd box arrived UPS same as initial box. Neither box was cold or the least bit cool. Called and spoke to another representative who was equally accommodating and placed another replacement order. This order should be arriving today but yet to receive it which was packed and ready to leave facility 08/04/25. Hopefully, this box will be frozen on arrival. Please consider better packaging to maintain temperature. Thank You. Update on package: Just received my replacement order and was very excited when I opened the box to find the food still frozen and still some dry ice. Very pleased with this shipment and feel very comfortable now being able to serve my pub. Looking forward to introducing the food to my four legged baby. Thank you Ollie for your replacement and your value for customer satisfaction.
