We have just returned from a most enjoyable Blue Lagoon Cruise holiday booked through My Cruises. It was nice that the flights and transfers were part of the package and that everything was quite seemless. The 2 night pre-cruise accommodation at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort was lovely and was a great way to start our Fiji holiday. We also enjoyed our day trip to Malamala Beach Club and the mocktails at the delightful infinity pool. Our cabin on the Orchid Deck of the MV Fiji Princess worked well for us and was slightly larger than we were expecting. The staff on the ship were extremely friendly and most helpful and made our 7 night cruise of the Yasawa Islands something special. We thought that the food on the cruise could have been a bit more varied but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Well done to My Cruises and their travel partners for providing a most enjoyable holiday.
Our trip was seamless, every booking made, cruise, transfers, hotel and flights were perfect and had no issues at all. Would definitely use Mycruises again.

Pretty much everything was great. The Cosmos Tour was excellent and the driver and Tour Leader were exceptional. I think that it would have been nice to have a transfer from the Cruise Terminal to our Hotel for the last two days included as this would have been a valuable option to ease this last part of the tour. It was a disappointment to have to pay for an extra night in Seattle due to Air Canada flight changes and this was a significant extra expense. I subsequently heard that some clients were able to negotiate flight changes that avoided this after they persisted with their complaint. That being said we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of hotel accomodation over the trip. In relation to the Cruise component this was a new travel experience for us and generally it went well, however I think that the WiFi component of the NCL package is a tad problematic and generally insufficient to the needs on board. The cost for extra time is way too expensive and this reflects poorly for NCL not MyCruises. MyCruised staff for our booking have always been extremely helpful and I commend the company.
Everything went well the cruise /flights/Hotels were all great with the exception of the Hotel in Honolulu, Holiday Inn express which was not on par with the Cruise accommodation or Las Vegas Hotel, other that that small gripe it was a great trip and value for money

I received my final booking amount to be paid and it was incorrect. The account was $1300 short. I spoke to Timara Karcher who took my details and said she would send to query to accounts and get back to me. By that evening I had received an email from Timara with a copy of the receipt and the final payment booking. Thank you so much for your quick response.

The cruise itself had its highlights — decent food, good entertainment, and beautiful destinations. But unfortunately, the experience was let down by poor organisation when it came to the flights booked by the cruise company. Out of six flights arranged through them, two didn’t even have baggage included. We only found this out at the airport, which was both stressful and costly. For a travel company offering packaged holidays, not understanding what’s included in the flights they book is unacceptable. It shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer experience. We expected a seamless experience — that’s the whole point of booking a cruise with bundled travel — but instead we had to deal with confusion and extra expenses. If you’re booking with this company, triple-check everything they arrange on your behalf. Might cruise again someday, but won’t trust them with flights.

We have recently returned from a cruise around Japan on Celebrity,booked through MyCruises, and it was fabulous.we had booked a guaranteed balcony room, as the cruise had been booked out, and found out a few days before leaving Australia that we had been upgraded to an Aqua class suite. This was a lovely surprise. Combined with inclusive flights, we upgraded to P.E. and pre cruise accommodation in Tokyo, this was excellent value. I have already booked another cruise with MyCruises for next year to The Med.
