Everything to date has run smoothly & we have always had updated information provided to us promptly & professionally. We did however have some additional questions regarding our extensive trip & whilst on the Gold Coast for a vacation we took the opportunity to pop into the Ignite Travel ( 'My cruises' ) office at Broadbeach. There, we were met by Sharon King, a lovely lady, who we found to be very friendly, helpful & professional in every way. Sharon's knowledge & assistance with our query was fantastic & made us feel very relaxed knowing that we were in good hands. Thank you Sharon.
