Our selected cruise was booked and deposit paid over the phone with no delays or issues. Very impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of the sales lady Gabrielle, and the minimal fuss required to secure our cabin. Now we just need to be patient waiting for our amazing cruise date to arrive!

Fantastic customer experience. I contacted mycruises on Saturday to see if I could add a tour to our itinerary which our friends were already booked on. Holly was very helpful and patient and managed to book us on the Windsor Bath and Stone hedge tour.

We booked out tour/ cruise one year at least in advance. During this time leading up to departure a few changes were made by airlines etc. This was all handled very professionally by all involved. Travel documents arrived ahead of time which was great. Any enquiries we had was always replied to quickly. Very happy with My cruises will book my next cruise holiday with them. They provide value for money packages.

The cruise and the ports visited were fantastic. We have no complaints at all. Would suggest this to anyone.

The hotel was located in a perfect location in Tokyo Shinjuku, making it an amazing experience. The Holland America Cruise was terrific, and the ports were great.
