Talking to someone in Australia; unfortunately we had our overseas flight to connect to a cruise, cancelled 3 days prior to departure, but your team were able to help us out so that we didn't miss the cruise. THANK YOU

We paid $25k for a package tour of japan and Korea aboard the Norwegian Spirit. At the time of paying our deposit we were not told that we would have to fly to Tokyo via Singapore and that direct flights would be extra. We were given little information about Tokyo accommodation and ended up in a 14square metre room on our first night . For a further $A100 we paid the hotel to upgrade our room the following evening to 30 square metres. Our suite on the ship was great but thats where the good ended. Having been told by my cruises that all service and gratuity charges were included in the package we discovered in fact that if we wanted any meals or drinks that were not included in the standard package we would have to pay 20% in service fees and gratuities. The standard of food and drink in the standard package at complimentary bars and restaurants was frankly terrible.A $25 bottle of Chandon was available for $US 49 plus 20%--that is $A100 or about 5 times the cost to the vessel.. We travelled with a group of 8 people. All of us have returned to Australia very sick with unknown bacterial infections. The cost of medical care on the ship was prohibitively expensive.these people have not learnt much from the debacle they made of management of Covid-19. The cost of shore excursions was also ridiculously expensive with typical charges of $200 US per head for bus tours to 2 or 3 sites which could be arranged by taxi if you chose to for about $A30 per head for my wife and I. One port stop was cancelled with inadequate explanation, and the justification the Captain gave me for that additional day at sea rather than the scheduled port call was different to the explanation given to the ship when the decision was announced. This was the worst holiday experience of our lives and I would advise people to avoid both My Cruises and Norwegian Cruise lines. Our booking reference was MYC-64144
I was confused about updating some details on our documentation for an upcoming cruise and spoke to Temira Karcher who was extremely helpful and put me at ease with her suggestion on what I could do to update the details. All has been completed and confirmed and I am extremely happy.

Did not know my group at the end of the cruise. Have to rush around looking for my tour guide. Other passengers received notice of what group they were. Tour itineraries was not accurate.

I find My Cruises very easy to deal with. The girls you speak to on the phone are so lovely. The itineraries I pick are great. Our Japan trip was great, except for our tour guide was absolutely useless. We found ourselves dumped in a country we knew nothing about & with no guidance what to do. She was knowledgeable enough when doing our tours but when it came to leaving us on the two free days in a strange city, there was no guidance of where or what you could do for the day. I don't like complaining, I'm sorry but she did put a damper on our tour. Other than that ,great trip thankyou.
