Completely agree with the negative comments around misleading subscription charges and difficulty getting refunds. My bank even contacted me to confirm that this company is a scam. It is! They refuse to acknowledge my messages either through their supposedly 24/7 online chat or email. They don't prioritise customer satisfaction like they say. Stay far away from this company!!

I feel I have been tricked. Trying to download a boarding pass for a Vueling ticket, I was sent to this company, which made me open an account and pay a symbolic 1 Euro. They did not say that they were signing me up for their 'Premier' service, costing 79 Euros every 3 months. I discovered this when they took the money 4 days later (after their 3-day 'free trial period', apparently, though I would have had to search through all the T&Cs to find this -- nothing was said about large subscriptions on the page I was looking at.) I have now cancelled, within the 14-day cooling-off period allowed by law, but they say I am not entitled to a refund.
